Marigot MP and UWP Leader Lennox Linton, speaks to the need for integrity within the Dominica Labour Party Administration, in carrying out state duties on behalf of the people of Dominica.Linton confirmed on Thursday that at a public meeting, meant to give an update on the commencement of the refurbishment of the Wills Strathmore Stevens School – it should be noted that the institution was badly damaged by the passage of Hurricane Maria on September 18, 2017. The Marigot MP says this project is being funded by the Canadian Government through the Caribbean Development Bank. Linton revealed that sources informed him of a disturbing communique between the Minister of State in the Prime Minister’s Office & DLP Supporters in the community to attend this public function on November 26, 2020. The UWP Leader then recalled a strange contradiction of the presentation of the Technical team and the Minister of State in the Prime Minister’s Office. At that point in the meeting Lenox Linton along with some who were present question, ‘How is it that the technical team said they did not have a date for commencement for the project as yet, and shortly after that statement, the Minister of State in the Prime Minister’s Office announces a date for commencement of the project?’ Marigot MP and UWP Leader, Lennox Linton.
