The Roseau High Court today rejected an application for bail by murder-accused, Jonathan Lehrer. Justice Collin Williams said there was no just cause to grant the applicant bail, and also the requirements of the bail act had not been met for the granting of bail. Justice Williams said his decision is based on hearing arguments from all parties on April 8, 2024. According to the Director of Public Prosecutions, the applicant (Jonathan Lehrer) filed an application for bail to travel to Texas, USA for medical care. Owner of the Bois Cotlette Inc, Jonathan Lehrer and alleged murder accomplice Robert Snider Jr are both Americans, who are charged for the murder of Daniel Langlois & Dominique Marchand, on December 6, 2023 who were the owners of Coulibri Ridge Eco-Resort.
