Zead Lloyd, a Social Activist, asserts that the CCJ justices have essentially stated that Dominica has a problem, and that they have not only noticed the problem, but also partially defined it. He thinks that the court has given Dominicans a chance to put together a group of people who are completely in agreement with efforts to disrupt & create circumstances that push the matter back into the courts. He went on to say we continue to focus on getting everyone together, which does not seem to be working. He suggests using a well-organized, constructive mass of people who are fully committed to a movement, who can disturb the status quo and apply pressure on the authorities and judiciary, to take the necessary actions. Lloyd says the CCJ has given Dominicans a significant chance, and even if they are unable to reach a large number of people, they still have the chance to use this opportunity to advantage by being willing to be detained and face the consequences of their actions from the system. He added that although there is not a huge mass, there is the concerted few, and it is now up to this few to decide whether or not it is appropriate to disturb the political process on a civic level.
