Persons with disabilities in Dominica say despite advocacy, the issue of access is still a major headache for people living with disabilities here.
World International Day for persons living with disabilities was recognized globally Thursday. Executive Director of the Dominica Association of People living with disabilities Nathalie Murphy, says employment is also another issue affecting people with disabilities here. She says however; some progress has been made.
