7 Queen contestants participate in a highly anticipated pre-show at the Arawak tomorrow December 1712/16/2016 Seven ladies vying for the coveted title of Miss Dominica 2017, will tomorrow Saturday December 17, present themselves to the public, when they participate in the highly anticipated pre-show at the Arawak House of Culture. This will be the contestants’ first opportunity to gauge their preparedness, and whet the public’s appetite for next year’s pageant.
According to a release, Patrons can anticipate an exciting show consisting of four (4) segments, which will closely mirror the format of the Miss Dominica Pageant set for 24th February 2017. The ladies will appear in Business Attire & promotional speech, talent, swimwear, and elegantly casual rounds. A short conversation with the Master of Ceremony will complete the nights’ program, along with high calibre guest performances. The young ladies in search of the title are Karla Henry of Mahaut, sponsored by the Henry Group of Companies and Sign Man; Zethra Baron of Fond Se Jean; Gabrielle Abraham of Goodwill; Terisa Lewis of Bath Estate, sponsored by Step-Up Nutrition & The Caribbean Association of Fire Fighters; Ketisha Joseph of Massacre; Esther Francis of Goodwill; and Jade Romain of Gutter Village, sponsored by the National Cooperative Credit Union
