Assistant Chief Welfare Officer wants greater efforts made at eradicating Child Abuse here4/18/2016 Assistant Chief Welfare Officer, Oliver Wallace, is calling on all Dominicans to embark on a National effort to eradicate Child abuse from the bud. Wallace made this call while addressing a Rally against Child Abuse organized by the Coalition of Pastors on Saturday under the theme “Preserving God’s Heritage. Wallace says the statistics of Child Abuse are disturbing and called for positive and effective interventions to save the future of Dominica. Meanwhile Outspoken Pastor Randy Rodney says persons must uphold God’s principles as a means to teach & spread morality through the Dominican Society.
He is of the view that this will ensure that this type of thinking will encourage persons to distinguish between right & wrong. Rodney says the church needs to once again become a foundation of morality so that a clear distinction can be made in society of what is right and what is wrong.
