Attorney, Clement Joseph, says there is no parasitic oligarchy coming out of the community Marigot. He added that the Marigot Constituency is one of the most productive Constituencies in the country.
 
He added that the people of Marigot, like the people of St. Joseph and Salisbury, continuously look for ways to improve their lives and each other, as they are a people who believe in hard work, independence and progress.
