Mr. Richards believes this incident is linked to what he describes as the unlawful revocation of the firearms license of Mr. Wayne James. The attorney is now asking the Commissioner of Police Daniel Carbon, if he is above the law, and ruling according to himself, and not in accordance with the country’s laws. In an exclusive interview with Q95, Mr. Richard says if anything drastic happens to his client Wayne James, then Mr. Carbon will have to be held accountable for not giving a legal and just reason, for taking away Mr. James License for his firearm.
