Chinese Ambassador to Dominica says new hospital embodies the friendship of Dominica & PRC

​Chinese Ambassador to Dominica Li Jiang-Ning is of the view, that the new national hospital can be seen as embodying the friendship between Dominica and the People's Republic of China.
In March 2004 Dominica established diplomatic ties with the Government of the PRC. Dominica has since received assistance from its Chinese counterparts in various areas, but most notably in infrastructural development.
The Ambassador says the new hospital is one more project which will contribute to the social and economic development of Dominica.

In March 2016 Dominica celebrated 12 years of diplomatic friendship with China. Ambassador Li Jiang-Ning says mutual understanding and respect have brought the two countries closer.

And Prime Minister Skerrit says the time has come for Dominicans to enshrine their recognition, and show appreciation for the repeated signs of friendship shown by the Chinese Government.
