Commonwealth Secretary General says today is a great day for the Caribbean as signing of COP 21 agreement concludes today
Commonwealth Secretary General, Baroness Patricia Scotland, says the COP21 agreement with the climate Change UN agreement, is the most highly supported agreement in the history of the UN to date.
She made these comments as all the heads who were involved in this meeting which concluded sometime in December will be meeting in New York today to sign the agreement.
140 countries will be present to sign and Dominica will be represented by Health Minister Dr. Kenneth Darroux.
