Meanwhile DASPA CEO Benoit Bardouille has said in response to DPSU General Secretary Thomas Letang’s statements that the DPSU must handle matters in a mature manner rather than making statements to the media.
He says, if the Dominica Air and Sea Port Authority’s actions has infringed the rights of its employees then the DPSU has its processes to manage the matter from an industrial relations standpoint.
DASPA has recently come under fire by the DPSU for drug tests conducted in a questionable manner as well as the refusal to provide housing accommodation for staff transferred to Portsmouth.
