That’s according to Chief Executive Officer of the Dominica Air & Sea Port Authority, Benoit Bardouille. Bardouille made that remark during the inaugural call of the Carnival Dream on Saturday. This was the ship’s only call to Dominica for the cruise season, and the PS hopes the uniqueness of Dominica will be a contributing factor for future visits.
