Developing a new Dubique resettlement in a model community is one of the projects to be implemented under the Japan Caribbean climate change partnership.
Dominica is the first of eight Caribbean countries to benefit from the US$15 million climate resilient project.
Health and Environment Minister, Dr. Kenneth Darroux, says up scaling and expanding the renewable project in the Kalinago Territory and retrofitting the Grandbay community centre are other projects to be implemented under the program.
