​The Dominica Council on Ageing is condemning the assault on an 87- year old woman from Wesley.
President of the organization Zetma Toussaint says abuse of any kind is abhorrent, and more so when an elderly person is so severely molested.

Meantime, MP for the Wesley constituency Ezekiel Bazil is condemning the incident.
He says he feels the pain of the family, especially since his mother experienced a similar ordeal at the age of 78.
