Williams advocated for a revamped education system, emphasizing the urgency of reducing school dropout rates among both boys and girls. She highlighted the critical need to prevent these dropouts early, so as to avert potential long-term repercussions. Williams additionally expressed that various issues require early intervention. She emphasized the need to establish a comprehensive technical school across the entire island, aimed at supporting students who may not follow the conventional educational path in acquiring valuable skills.
