Dominica's Acting PM, Rayburn Blackmoore, is dispelling propaganda that Government is not investing in agriculture. Blackmoore was speaking at the official commissioning of the multi-purpose pack houses last Friday in Portsmouth. The multi-purpose pack houses facilities located in Roseau and Portsmouth were built by the Government of Dominica with financial support from the National Authorizing Office of the European Union and the Caribbean Development Fund, in order to enhance the competitiveness of fresh produce and agro-processed products exported from Dominica. Blackmoore says Friday's commissioning is a clear message to the detractors of the Roosevelt Skerrit administration. Dominica's Ag.
