“The level of ignorance in our national community seems to be getting proportionately and dangerously higher”. These words were uttered by Dominica State College President Donald Peters in his address to a new class of 2016 graduates.
In his address, he accused local radio of presenting biased, libellous and mundane discussions and charged graduates with the task of convincing others to attend the Dominica State College, to combat the absence of facts, knowledge and cognitive skills. He went on to say that the college has taught students to be analytical therefore they must encourage others to think before they speak.
