According to McCarthy Marie, Dominica and the region has until February 2016 to hold a meeting with Trade Ministers, to address the issue of piracy as it relates to American television signals and music. He says failure to hold such a meeting could result in the implementation of measures to remove trade concessions to the United States, that are already in effect.
