Education Minister denounces the use of imported food products and laments high food import bill
Education Minister Petter St Jean is lamenting Dominica's high import food bill.
St Jean who was addressing a handing over ceremony of agricultural supplies Monday, denounced the use of imported food products into the Dominican society.
He stated further the nutritional status of students is essential to the ministry's school feeding program.
Meantime, St Jean says the economic stability of the agriculture sector can be realized with the involvement of the youth.
