A St Martin Primary school student is the top performer at this year's Grade Six National Assessment. Education Minister Petter St Jean made the announcement on Thursday. He also gave the top performing schools in this year's examinations. Meanwhile, St Jean says Cabinet has taken a decision to increase the value of text book awards to scholarship and bursary recipients, effective September 2019. He gave the increases for the 4th & 5th form levels. Education Minister Petter St Jean Meantime, this year’s Top five grade six national assessments students are as follows; Keara Gardier from St. Martin Primary with 4 A’s, Chante Avril, also with 4 A’s from the Ebenezer primary. Khobie Darroux, from the convent preparatory 4 A’s Kamal Peter from Convent preparatory receiving 4 A’s And Jenay Lawrence St. Martin Primary with 4 A’s. Top student Keara Gardier is extremely happy with the results and that her hard work had paid off. She advises the other students to try your best and work as hard as you can and It will all pay off.
