Father says he has not received assistance for injured daughter; Parl rep disagrees...

John Auguiste, father of nine year old Mariska Auguiste, is seeking assistance for his daughter after she was involved in motor vehicle accident where she sustained injuries to her pelvic region on Monday April 4TH 2016. According to police reports Miss Auguiste fell while crossing the road unbeknownst to the driver who drove off causing injuries to the child.
 
Auguiste claimed that he had not received any assistance for an estimated $90,000 to aid his daughter.

​However, not everyone agrees with his statement that he received no assistance. Salybia MP, Cassius Darroux, disagreed with Mr Auguiste stating that the government is willing to assist in any way possible when provided with the necessary documents. He confirmed that Mr. Auguiste did in fact speak with the prime minister who assured him that he would receive the necessary assistance.
