Five men charged for over EC$2 million worth of cannabis in the heights of Morne Prosper in two separate incidents

​Gibson Scott Mitchell,30, of Morne Prosper, Anthony Destouche, 18, and Ebert Eli, 41, both of Stockfarm have been arrested and charged following a major drug bust in the Morne Prosper heights on March 10th 2016.
 
According to Police PRO, Sergeant Pelham JnoBaptiste, the trio were charged with possession of cannabis with intent to supply and cultivation of cannabis.
 
The men were found in possession of 25.878kg of cannabis weed with a street value of EC$57,000 and 9,380 fully grown cannabis trees valued at EC$1,563,000.

Meanwhile, another successful anti-drug operation also in the Morne Prosper heights resulted in the arrests of Jerry Henderson,50, of Morne Prosper and Lazarus Joel Luke, 37, of Woodfordhill.
 
The duo was found in possession of 2,450 fully grown cannabis tress valued at EC$408,000.
