Fmr DAAS President questions Government imperative of using foreign companies to build local structures
Former President of the Dominica Academy of Arts and Sciences (DAAS), Dr. Clayton Shillingford wants the Government to explain the elements used in the construction of the projects built by their Chinese counterparts, from the people’s republic of china.
Dr. Shillingford says it is imperative that the Government ensures that safe and proper materials are used by Dominica’s foreign allies when their teams are the ones awarded with projects, Dr. Shillingford says a perfect example would be the new national hospital to be constructed in Goodwill.
