Former Police officer Angelo Allen is disappointed with National Security Minister Rayburn Blackmore’s recent public statements about a sitting Police Chief. Blackmoore recently expressed dissatisfaction with the number of hours which he claims the Police patrol the city, and expressed his concern publicly on State owned radio, by calling out certain members of police force, whom he claims are not working efficiently. However, many believe that the Minister is playing the blame game, and publicly embarrassed the current commissioner of police Daniel Carbon as well as the Deputy Chief of police Hobbs Jno. Baptiste, to remove the spotlight from his own inefficiencies, as many citizens believe that Minister Blackmoore has failed as Dominica’s National Security Minister. Mr. Allen believes the National Security Minister could have dealt with the matters of concern in a more professional and effective manner. Former Police officer Angelo Allen
