A Former Minister of State in Antigua, whose identity has not been release, may be implicated in allegations of passport sales.
This follows Francis Lorenzo guilty plea to providing bribes to Former Antigua & Barbuda’s United Nations Ambassador John Ash.
Lorenzo’s plea deal may have opened up a new can of worms bringing forth a new allegation of passport sales and diplomatic appointments to Chinese businessmen in exchange for hundreds of thousands of U.S dollars.
