Former DLP Social Services given a consultancy to investigate the reason for increasing school dropouts
Former Minister for Community Development, Gloria Shillingford, announced that she will be conducting an investigation into the cause for increased dropouts in Primary & Secondary Schools in Dominica.
Shilling ford says she began the investigation on 1st March 2016, and that her recommendations will be given to the government in about one year, when satisfactory statistics have been obtained.
Ms Gloria Shillingford was a Minister and a member of the Cabinet of the current DLP Administration for several years, while the existing education policies were developed and implemented.
