Former Government Minister, Atherton Martin, is accusing the government of not being as transparent as they claim to be as it relates to the funds allocated for various projects across the island.
Martin made particular mention of the Petro Caribe report which states that Dominica generated some $300 million dollars in deferred payments to Venezuela.
Martin argues that the projects undertaken by the government with those funds were minimal and is questioning the use of the remainder of the funds allocated under the Petro Carib program.
