Government claims CBI program benefiting ordinary Dominicans; but Opposition Leader disagrees1/9/2017 Linton convened a press conference Friday morning to address matters dealing with the transparency, accountability, national, regional and international security associated with the sale of Dominica's passports. According to him his party has never been opposed to the program, however he's disclosed so many things which could be done and are not being considered. Leader of the Opposition UWP Lennox Linton Meanwhile, Prime Minister Skerrit takes the view, that Dominica's CBI program has over the years funded a number of projects across the island, that are aimed at bettering the lives of the country's citizens. Mr Skerrit says it is funny that despite the numerous programs that are being funded under Dominica's CBI Program, Leader of the Opposition UWP Lennox Linton is still questioning the benefits of the program for Dominicans.
