Dominica is taking greater steps towards improving its resilience in the fight against climate change.
A three-day climate change workshop which is being hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and CARICOM Affairs, got underway on Wednesday at the State House Conference Room.
The Workshop which will conclude on 3rd February 2017, is being held under the theme, "Rethinking Development Options for Building Resilience for Prosperity in Small States."
Minister for Foreign Affairs and Caricom Affairs Senator Francine Baron, has highlighted the need to adapt and find ways to improve Dominica's resilience.
Several overseas based climate change representatives are taking part in this conference. Senator Baron has called for greater coordination and interaction, between the overseas and local representatives.
