Hand-Ball Association Treasurer Nigel Hilaire says the sport of handball is moving forward in Dominica

Dominica Hand-Ball Association Treasurer Nigel Hilaire is of the view that the game of hand ball is moving forward in Dominica. He says the association recently placed fourth in an international competition in the women’s league, and fifth in the men’s Hand-Ball League, indicating to the region and the world, the potential which exists in Dominica.
 
Hilaire says Hand-Ball competitions were introduced to Dominica in 2012, and the distribution of equipment to Secondary Schools took place in 2013. Here is Nigel Hilaire with more:

Additionally, Hilaire told Q95 news he is satisfied with the rapid growth and support for the sport in Dominica.
 
Hilaire also made mention of a Beach Hand Ball training session schedule to commence in the summer, Q95 news will continue to follow the affairs of the Dominica Hand Ball Association.
