​Political leadership is the act of leading a political organization, whether it be local or global. To guide his people toward success, the leader must possess sophisticated ideas and techniques. Justice Dr. Irving Andre contends that rather than a super leader, what we actually need is a leader with ambition and vision. This leader must be able to inspire others while setting priorities and goals for group development. He said that the political leader should be someone who embodies the ambitions of the people and also focus on building a stable foundation, and it’s necessary to accept new technology and opportunities.

​Leadership is the activity of guiding, directing, or motivating people to help them achieve specific goals. As he continues, he notes that if you wish to be a leader, it’s essential to understand the intricacies of politics. Otherwise, you won’t have the necessary understanding of how things work in your country. Andre emphasizes that we must start from the ground up to instill in our people the aspirations of wanting the best for themselves, family and their country. He notes that this is the paradigm shift others have been discussing on previous occasions.
