ECCO Chairman, Mc Carthy Marie, and Musicians Gordon Henderson and Ophelia Marie have sued the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) for copyright infringement.
According to documents lodged at the High Court, the three have filed a lawsuit against the Barbados-based Caribbean Development Bank for copyright infringement.
In an interview with Q95 news Marie explained how this all started.
Additionally Mr. Marie said that no permissions to use, reproduce and synchronize the song Aie Dominique was sought by the CDB, and due to the fact that no agreement could have been reached between CDB and the claimants, legal action had to be taken.
