Organizers says this year's National Tourism Tradeshow & Cocktail (NTTC) will spotlight synergies between Tourism and Agriculture.
NTTC, the flagship tourism industry event hosted annually by the Dominica Hotel & Tourism Association (DHTA), is scheduled for Saturday, April 30, 2016, at the foothills of Fort Shirley, Cabrits National Park.
According to a release, NTTC is the premier trade event and single most comprehensive product exchange forum and business generator for Dominica's tourism industry.
This year, the DHTA says it will extend this platform to spotlight the linkages between the tourism and agriculture productive sectors.
With support from the Ministry of Agriculture & Fisheries, and the Ministry of Tourism & Urban Renewal, each of the three featured Chefs will transform a bundle of fresh, local meats and vegetables, into inspired culinary creations.
The Tradeshow will also spotlight agro-processing, a core value-added component of the agriculture value chain.
