A gazebo, an entertainment stage, setting up of an information centre and training in capacity building, tour guide and first aid are among some of the projects to be undertaken by the newly installed Castle Bruce Tourism Association Inc Board.
The new board was elected last month and at the helm of those slated to run the affairs of the association is Adrian Bannis. Vice president is Leontyne Bellot, Nicole Thomas - Secretary , Charline Bannis – Asst. Secretary/Treasurer, Austelle Lockhart - Treasurer, Marian Jno-Finn – PRO , Edgar St. Aimee, Joan Lockhart and Andel Joseph – Committee Members. “Unless you govern yourself you will never accomplish anything”, CBTA Inc. New president Adrian Bannis told his team. “We are at work, working for the future, play your part”, he urged them. He says the CBTA Inc’s goal is to transform the bay front as a family entertainment and tourism spot. A place where locals and visitors can meet and experience Castle Bruce and all it has to offer, create sustainable employment, develop the artisan industry and all that is Castle Bruce.
