The Dominica Health and Education Initiative Tuesday handed over a significant quantity of computers to a number of schools across the island.
Founded by Dr Anne-Marie Richards and Farrah Hutchinson Larocque, this is a non-profit organization whose aim is to assist the health and education sectors in Dominica.
Local representative for the organization, Jocelyn Laronde, made the presentations to the Principals of the recipient schools.

Assistant Chief Education Officer Dr Jeffrey Blaize expressed appreciation for the donations. Blaize says the Ministry of Education and National Development relies on state and corporate sector partnerships.
