OECS Director General defends Dominica's absence from 2nd sitting of OECS Assembly in Antigua on July 21
Director General of the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States Dr Didacus Jules, is defending Dominica's absence from the 2nd sitting of OECS Assembly, which was held in Antigua on Thursday.
The OECS met for its 1st meeting since 2012, with only one bill and one motion on its agenda.
There was however no delegation from the island of Dominica.
Dr Jules says there was a valid reason.
