Montreal Management Consultants Est (MMCE), developer of the Housing Project in Bellevue Chopin, which is sponsored by the Citizenship by Investment Program of the Government of Dominica, has confirmed that it is well on the way towards completion of site preparations for construction.
According to a release, initial works of removing vegetation, reducing the ground down to the required level and compaction, are well under way to allow foundation and road construction to commence in January, and erection of structures is expected to begin in February 2017.
