PM Skerrit announces construction of the proposed Cabrits Kempinski Resort should begin in January 2016

Prime Minister Skerrit announces that proposals he has made to potential investors under the CBI programme, have so far been extremely successful, and all partners are on board with their projects, including the Kempinski Cabrits Resort. He says the 160-room Cabrits Kempinski branded Resort will be constructed at Douglas Bay, between the Cabrits National Park and the community of Tan Tan. He says this project will be completed in 2018.
 
Mr Skerrit informed that on November 7, 2014, he signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Range Developments, for the construction of the resort, and in May of 2015, the Range Developments announced that the schematic construction designs have been approved by Kempinski, and the legal and administrative requirements have also been completed.Vice President of Range Developments is Mohammed Asaria.
