PM Skerrit vows not to engage Opposition Leader in public exchanges on any allegations against him2/2/2017 PM Roosevelt Skerrit says he will no longer engage the Leader of the Opposition United Workers Party Lennox Linton, in any public exchange, with regards to allegations made against him. Mr Skerrit says all of the claims and allegations made against him will be addressed before the courts. Attorney Anthony Astaphan on Tuesday revealed that the PM had given him the go ahead to initiate legal proceedings for alleged defamatory statements made against him. The PM returned to the island on Tuesday night, following what has been described as a working visit to Greece. He spoke to a local media outlet. The Prime Minister Wednesday morning visited the site of the Cabrits resorts Kempinski. He was accompanied by Cabinet ministers as well as the Vice President of Range Developments Mohammed Asaria, and members of the media.
