Primary and Secondary school students on island receive training on carnival costume buildingĀ1/27/2016 Primary and Secondary school students across the island have been trained on costume building. The hope is that the students will be able to build their costumes or float for the Carnival Monday street parade. The workshop was held at the Windsor Park stadium Tuesday and was spearheaded by the Dominica Festivals Committee in collaboration with the National Bank of Dominica and costume builders Mas camp.
