Retired High Court Judge in Trinidad & Tobago suggests the UWP make Hon Joshua Francis its leader12/24/2015 Earlier this week, retired Trinidad & Tobago High Court judge, former Member of Parliament, and former Justice Minister in Trinidad & Tobago, Herbert Volney, wrote a public letter criticizing the operations of the opposition in Dominica.
In his letter, which was read on-air on Q95, by ‘Hot Seat’ Matt host Peltier, he singled out Deputy Political Leader Honourable Joshua Francis, stating “apart from Hon. Joshua Francis, MP for Roseau South, the party in opposition is no immediate match to the government”. He further expressed disappointment in the diasporans residing in Port of Spain, who are associated with the leadership of the UWP.
