Sen Isaac Baptiste tells National Security Minister stand his ground, on Police Chief Carbon’s performance
Senator Isaac Baptiste calls on National Security Minister Rayburn Blackmoore to stand his ground, as regards his position on Police Chief Daniel Carbon’s performance.
Recently, the National Security Minister expressed his dissatisfaction with the operations of the Police Force under carbon’s leadership, and says government would consider bringing in a foreign national to head the Dominica Police Force.
However, during that same week, Prime Minister Skerrit released a statement expressing his full confidence in Police Chief Daniel Carbon
Baptiste stated that it is sad to have such conflicting positions from the political directorate, but he believes that the national security minister should stand his ground, and allow the public to see him taking charge of his ministry.
