Social activist Athie Martin believes the introduction of Universal secondary education was an example of Dominica’s tragic governance, which has compromised the ability of the younger generation to discover their true potential, in numerous fields. He made reference to the more developed countries such as India and the Philippines, who have challenged their young generations to be all that they can aspire to be, at the earliest possible time.
