St. Joseph MP now says Salisbury farm access roads rehabilitation will begin when estimates are completed
And after much protest from farmers, work will soon begin on rehabilitating farm access roads in Salisbury, Mero and the Cuba / Carholm area, according to St. Joseph MP, Kelvar Darroux.
Last year the people of Salisbury took to the streets in protest of the poor conditions of their farm access roads. These roads had been in critical disrepair for some time, and despite appeals to the government, nothing was reportedly done.
Darroux now says works will begin immediately after estimates for the project have been completed.
