St. Kitts & Nevis Prime Minister Dr. Timothy Harris recommends two-term limits for Prime Ministers
Prime Minister of the Federation of St. Kitts & Nevis Dr. Timothy Harris, has suggested that an individual should not serve for more than 2 terms in the office of the prime minister. Harris argues, this process allows new talent to have a hand developing their country, forcing leaders to focus on leaving a proud legacy.
The prime minister hopes that other CARICOM islands go on to adopt this pattern, as they see its benefits in the Federation of St. Kitts & Nevis.
The St. Kitts & Nevis Government has already made steps to make this their legacy.
