Two foreign nationals charged in the $1.8m jewellery heist here, are listed as prime suspects in an alleged murder case in St. Maarten.
Michael Alexis Magloire and Jason Dubique, were among six persons charged here on Monday in relation to a robbery at Jewellers International on May 21st 2016. A report posted on online website, www.721news.com, based in St. Maarten, says there was a major breakthrough in the "Zucchini" case when a news website posted the pictures of the two suspects among persons arrested here for armed robbery. According to the report, Deyanida 'Clarisa' Faynete, 19, was shot dead in Dutch Quarter, St. Maarten on March 18th 2014 and a press release from the prosecutor's office named Alex Roberts known here as Michael Alexis Magloire, and Brent Berry known here as Jason Dubique as prime suspects. 721news reported that according to the facts of the case, apparently, Faynete's boyfriend, Raymond R had a problem with Michael Alexis Magloire, and met him on March 18, 2014 in Dutch Quarter. It is said that Raymond was the first to shoot at Magloire, who responded with gunfire. One of the bullets hit Faynete, which caused profuse bleeding.
