University of the West Indies (UWI) Seismic Research Centre reports earthquake activities in Dominica
The University of the West Indies Seismic Research Centre is reporting earthquake activities in Dominica. According to reports, the quakes took place at 3:18am Tuesday morning in several parts of the island.
It measured 4.9 on the Richter scale and the epicentre was located 109km east south-east of Roseau, 80km north-east of Fort-De-France Martinique and 120km north-east of Castries St Lucia at a depth of 18km. There are no reports of damages from the quakes.
