UWI Open Campus Pro Vice Chancellor & Principal Dr Francis Severin commends CREAD for approaching UWI to execute a consultancy on a CARICAD reclassification exercise on Dominica's public service

​Finance Minister Dr Irving McIntyre says the comprehensive organizational review and reclassification exercise for the public service conducted by CARICAD has been completed. It included reviews of the structures of all ministries, departments and units and benchmark positions service wide were evaluated. He was speaking at the certificate ceremony of a development management course for 28 senior public officers. It was spearheaded by CREAD and delivered by UWI.

Meanwhile, Pro Vice Chancellor & Principal of the UWI Open campus Dr Francis Severin commended CREAD for approaching the UWI to execute this consultancy which he says demonstrates farsightedness in the context of Dominica's intent.
