Wiltshire says the Waitukubuli Ecological Foundation (WEF), will host a public discussion today Tuesday, December 13, 2016, at the University of the West Indies Open Campus, on Elmshall Road in Roseau, at 4.30pm. Here is Former Attorney General Bernard Wiltshire with more: Meantime Co-founder of the international ‘Transition Movement’, Naresh Giangrande, says the main objective of the public discussion is to create discussions among Dominicans, encourage them to devise ways of enhancing their economic status at the community level, in the face of Climate Change. Mr. Giangrande will spend 10 days in Dominica and will soon be heading back to the UK from Chile, where he has been holding workshops with Latin American Transition groups.
